Your safety is our priority. Please let us know if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart concerns, or other medical conditions before your treatment. We ask that you avoid alcohol before or after spa visits, sun exposure following skincare, and shaving before exfoliation. Some treatments may not be suitable for sunburned or sensitive skin.
To maintain a peaceful spa setting, we ask that children not accompany clients during appointments such as massage, facials, or waxing. For safety reasons, children may not be left unattended in the spa under any circumstances. Thank you for helping us provide every guest with a quiet, relaxing visit.
Spa-tique Day Spa is a place to step away from distractions. For the comfort of all guests, we do not allow smoking anywhere on the property. We also ask that cell phones be turned off or silenced upon entering the spa, ensuring a calm and uninterrupted environment during your time with us.
A credit card is required to reserve your appointment, though you may pay with cash, check, card, or gift certificate on the day of your service. Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete forms, settle in, and relax. Late arrivals may shorten treatment time, as therapists dedicate the full appointment block to you.
If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but sessions may be shortened if the therapist’s schedule does not allow for the full time. Arriving promptly ensures you receive the complete, unhurried experience you deserve at Spa-tique Day Spa.
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice Tuesday–Friday and 48 hours’ notice on weekends to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full service price. If you are not feeling well, please reschedule in advance to protect our staff and ensure the best experience for yourself.
Gratuities of 15–20% are appreciated for excellent service and may be given in cash or check to your provider. Gift certificates do not include gratuity unless noted. Many Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts cover therapeutic massage with a doctor’s note. Please use benefits before they expire.
