Spa-tique Day Spa is committed to working with local organizations in order to create partnerships throughout the community. Our current charity policy supports local charities and/or organizations through service gift certificates only. These donations may be utilized at fundraising programs, silent auctions and charity events.

In an effort to make meaningful contributions to our community, Spa-tique Day Spa has identified two key areas of giving:

• Health & Wellness-focused Organizations & Charities
  (Examples: Cancer, Diabetes, Autism, Jimmy Fund, Special Olympics, etc…)
• Organizations Supporting Individuals in Need
  (Examples: Habitat for Humanity, United Way, Boys & Girls Club, etc…)

Each year we receive hundreds of donation requests from worthy causes. Due to the volume of applications that we receive, we must unfortunately decline some requests that may not be consistent with our policy.

When asking for donations please submit the following information through a letter or email (at least 3 weeks before your event):

1. Full name of charitable organization and charitable tax registration number
2. Complete mailing address, telephone, and email of organization
3. Name, title, phone number and email of contact person
4. Purpose of donation and needs of community addressed
5. Previous Spa-tique Day Spa involvement, if applicable
6. How will Spa-tique’s donation be advertised?
7. How you will report on the impact of the donation back to Spa-tique?
